Requirements
  • 10+ years in financial services, legal or other control-related functions
  • Proven experience in the design and delivery of critical programs and projects involving heavily regulated areas
  • Ability to identify and articulate complex problems and support the definition and implementation of enhancements
  • Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of US regulators, supervisory expectations and requirements
  • Advanced Degree preferred; Project Management Certifications preferred
Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Regulatory Affairs/Relations in executing on the Regulatory Relations objectives and strategies
  • Develop a formal program governance framework for the successful delivery of the firm’s key regulatory and strategic programs
  • Lead the program management and successful execution of the firm’s critical regulatory and strategic initiatives
  • Advise the leadership team on the prioritization of key functional goals
  • Create enhanced management and board reporting across programs
  • Identify and inventory potential areas of improvement
  • Lead the coordination and drafting of regulatory responses and remediations
