Requirements
  • The role requires 10+ years of direct experience in program management, creative operations, marketing operations, or communications operations within a media or technology environment.
  • The candidate must have a proven track record of managing large-scale, multidisciplinary processes and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
  • The candidate must have mastery of digital content platforms, project management software, and data reporting tools.
  • The candidate must be able to distill complex operational challenges into actionable strategies.
  • The candidate must be experienced in working under pressure and managing high-volume portfolios with conflicting timelines.
  • The candidate must maintain rigorous quality control across all project stages, identifying inconsistencies in copy, design, and production specifications before they reach stakeholders.
  • A BA/BS degree is required.
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and run the communications team's content and creative pipeline to ensure seamless workflows among communications, brand, storytelling, and creative teams and their stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain the digital infrastructure and tools needed to track content development and production, prioritizing artificial intelligence implementation where possible.
  • Lead teams through adoption of new platforms and processes and ensure content and creative teams are supported by effective operational structures.
  • Establish success metrics, build reports analyzing project outcomes, and identify areas for future improvement.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align the content and creative pipeline with broader business goals and brand messaging.
  • Direct the planning and implementation of complex, cross-functional programs requiring a sophisticated understanding of institutional goals.
  • Establish success metrics and build comprehensive after-action reports to identify areas for future improvement.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and resource gaps and provide guidance to keep high-priority initiatives on track.
  • Develop and lead a strategy for recruiting and onboarding freelance talent to support content and creative needs.
  • Build collaborative relationships with external partners and integrate them into the company's culture and mission.
  • Oversee systems supporting the freelancer lifecycle, including contract management, resource allocation, and performance feedback.

  • Experience managing video production projects, including coordinating directors, editors, motion designers, and external vendors to deliver on time and on budget.

  • Experience in a global organization focused on both digital and in-person creative and content production.
  • Experience or interest in artificial intelligence platforms and optimizing workflows to use them effectively.
