Requirements
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Basic math ability is required.
  • The ability to see, read, and follow instructions, procedures, and policies is required.

Responsibilities
  • Operate various assembly and production equipment and hand tools.
  • Handle, assemble, and inspect products and parts.
  • Perform quality inspections and follow ISO procedures.
  • Perform floor work and material-handling duties.
  • Prepare and pack parts for material handling and shipping.
  • Read and follow work instructions and safety procedures, and complete various forms and reports.
  • Rotate into other areas or departments to perform similar tasks as needed.
  • Maintain safe and professional working relationships with co-workers.
  • Maintain good attendance and flexibility in job assignments, adapt to changing business needs, and learn and apply new skills.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Train others on mastered knowledge and skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
