Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce is required.
Candidates must have 2–3 years of total experience.
Candidates should have experience managing Accounts Payable and supporting the purchasing process.
Candidates should have logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidates should have good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support Accounts Payable invoice processing and ensure all transactions are completed on time and with high accuracy.
Work on multiple transactional processes related to Finance and Accounting.
Create process documents and monitor service-level agreements for supporting projects.
Maintain and improve key performance measures.
Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.

Job Description

Proven ability to work on transactional processes related to F&A.
Support AP invoice processing and ensure all transactions are completed on time with high accuracy.
Ability to work on multiple transactional processes.
Create process documents and monitor SLA’s for supporting projects.
Maintain and improve key performance measures.
Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.

Qualifications

Total experience of 2-3 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Should have experience in managing Accounts Payable.
Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Should have passion to continuously learn and grow.
Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication.
