  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering
  • Experience in end-to-end Wireless or RF Systems Test
  • Familiarity with wireless communications, digital communications, and RF/Antenna technologies
  • Experience with Python or other programming languages for automation development
  • Experience performing data analysis using MATLAB or pandas/numpy
  • Knowledge of data networking protocols and devices
  • Strong root-cause analysis skills
  • Experience or knowledge of tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Confluence, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate with people of different working styles
Responsibilities
  • Defining and implementing test plans and strategies
  • Writing test cases, developing automation, executing test cases, finding issues, and entering JIRAs
  • Debugging and analyzing issues found in testing
  • Interacting with cross functional teams
  • Developing and automating test cases using Python
  • Tracking and documenting testing defects and resolutions
  • Developing and automating framework for end-to-end RFID system testing
  • Analyzing data to evaluate system performance and suggest improvements
  • Working with Systems Engineering team for test plans and automation
  • Interacting with Customer Success team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
