Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term strategy to grow and engage grassroots community of moms and supporters
  • Plan and execute campaigns to mobilize moms and supporters
  • Design and execute programming in partnership with a Community Manager
  • Partner with Director of Communications for growth strategy
  • Coordinate with Development for digital fundraising program
  • Own and optimize digital infrastructure
  • Gather and analyze community data
  • Build and lead the Digital team
  • Establish goals and measurement tools
  • Contribute to organization's strategy and culture
