Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of progressive IT experience, including systems, network, cloud, and help desk administration.
  • A minimum of three years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise networking and next-generation firewall technologies.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
  • Microsoft 365 certifications.
  • CompTIA Network+ certification.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Cisco, Fortinet, or equivalent networking/security certifications.
  • A valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available as required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee internal help desk operations, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Manage end-user hardware, software, and technology resources.
  • Develop and maintain IT procedures, documentation, and service standards.
  • Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Document standard operating procedures.
  • Administer and support Windows, virtual environments including vSphere and ESXi, desktops, and laptops.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 and other cloud-based services.
  • Oversee storage systems, backup solutions, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Ensure timely software updates, patching, and system maintenance.
  • Oversee property software system operations.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless networks, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Support and maintain VoIP and SIP communication systems.
  • Ensure network security, availability, and performance.
  • Serve as the primary lead for IT security operations.
  • Implement security controls, monitoring processes, and incident response procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and technology best practices.
  • Evaluate and mitigate technology risks across systems and networks.
  • Lead technology implementations, upgrades, and business technology initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to support organizational goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and on-site service providers.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Hire, coach, develop, and supervise IT and software support staff.
  • Manage scheduling, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Foster a customer-focused, service-oriented IT culture.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify and implement business solutions.
