The Head of Repo will be responsible for developing the strategic direction and business development initiatives for our Repo function within our Securities Finance business.  This role is pivotal in driving growth, enhancing market presence and ensuring the alignment of business strategies with the company’s overall mission and vision.  You will be a senior member of the Securities Finance Collateral Management Leadership Team and report directly to the General Manager.
Job Description

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Sales team to cultivate and enhance relationships within the Securities Finance business.  You will own the development of our Repo Product for global clients and your focus will be on fostering connections with clients, partners, and other stake holders to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives through our product line.  An understanding of our suite of products is essential to develop the strategy and vision to target relevant clients.  You will manage client relationships to maximise client retention and product satisfaction and win new business.  You will also serve as the trusted escalation point for the resolution of issues. This role encompasses the following pillars:

Product Management
•    Build out our global repo platform to support the needs or current and future clients
•    Serve as the trusted escalation point for the resolution of issues around product build
•    Ensure quality of our Repo product is high and meets/exceeds expectations and ensure clients will recommend Broadridge Repo.
Sales & Business Development:
•    Collaborate with Sales to build out client pipeline via executive network
•    Educate clients regarding our product suite and the added value to their business
•    Design and execute on marketing strategy and ensure campaigns align with strategic direction.
•    Represent Securities Finance Collateral Management on social media, panels, conference etc within region.
Client Management
•    Manage client relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction and win new business as a result.
•    Serve as the trusted escalation point for the resolution of issues.
•    Maintain specific senior relationships with clients and prospects with a long-term aim of client retention and business growth – ensuring relationship map is maintained and relationship management spread across senior leadership)
•    Ensure quality of client services such that SLAs are met/exceeded and ensure clients will recommend Broadridge.
Implementations
•    Inspire teams (whether under direct management or indirect management via the matrix) to convert new business to beat “plan” and “budget”.
•    Participate in senior governance on larger initiatives.
•    Manage escalations and ensure effective conclusion for client and Broadridge.
•    Provide direction to steering group for implementation projects.

Requirements:
10+ years of Securities Finance Collateral Industry Experience with a large focus on repo.
Capital Markets and Enterprise Platform experience
Fintech Experience
Industry connections and demonstrated credibility within Securities Finance industry.
Experience designing or using Trading Platforms, with an understanding of industry practices
Go To Market strategy experience is a valuable asset
