  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience working with enterprise clients, including proven experience in a leadership role in the creation and delivery of cloud/infrastructure strategy, operations, and modernization offerings
  • Previous success generating and cultivating new business from new and existing clients and managing client relationships
  • Strong business development abilities and an active professional network of industry contacts
  • Effective communication skills to be able to work with clients and present to C-level executives
  • Proven leader with extensive ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive team environment, and coach employees with timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working and problem-solving with others as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident public speaking/presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 30%
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or relative industry experience is preferred
  • Ability to be in-person three days a week is required
  • Find and establish new strategic clients - using relationships and other proven business development skills
  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients
  • Develop engagement proposals through understanding the value created by our projects and the required information to inform client investment needs and desired outcomes
  • Manage opportunities through all phases, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and offering expertise
  • Interact with client senior management levels, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and provide industry-leading cloud adoption expertise
  • Attend networking events and actively build and leverage a professional network and affiliate network in the local community
  • Stay current and familiar with emerging cloud technologies, products and technology trends, and industry vertical best practices
  • Create and improve cloud and infrastructure market offerings
  • Collaboratively lead team strategy, approach, offerings, staffing, skill, and methodology development, within the national Technology practice
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and coaching for Technology consultants and foster a culture of discipline, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with local office leadership to ensure alignment with the office culture
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition activities
