Exterior Contract Verification Specialist
About the job
- Verify contract completeness and producibility as sold.
- Coordinate with Sales when contract corrections or revisions are required.
- Order approved materials according to internal processes.
- Determine and schedule pre-installation inspections when required.
- Track and submit contract issues to the Trainer and management.
- Review sales contracts for accuracy, completeness, and scope of work.
- Maintain a communication loop with sales management and track errors to support continuous improvement.
- Add the required materials list when applicable.
- Assist Production Managers in identifying suitable products and processes to move jobs forward.
- Provide timely product information to HICs to assist in selling jobs.
- Maintain professional working relationships with sales and production leadership.
- Obtain department approval for alternative installation solutions when necessary.
