Housekeeping Manager
About the job
- More than 5 years of experience in private homes and/or luxury hotels, ideally with experience supervising teams.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and care of fine materials such as wood, marble, and fine textiles.
- Absolute discretion and professional conduct.
- Conversational English.
- Availability to work six days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the full project duration, from October 20 to early January.
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team by assigning daily tasks, schedules, and priorities.
- Ensure all areas of the residence, including bedrooms, common areas, exteriors, and service areas, are kept impeccable according to luxury standards.
- Manage laundry and care for delicate garments, bed linens, and high-quality textiles.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning products, amenities, and supplies, and manage supplier relationships.
- Prepare the residence for guest arrivals, events, and special stays, attending to clients’ personal preferences.
- Care for furniture, artwork, surfaces, and valuables using appropriate methods and products for each material.
- Report and follow up on maintenance or repair needs.
- Ideally, experience supervising teams.
