- 2+ years of experience in propulsions design or development of metallic additive technologies
- Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends to support critical mission milestones

- Optimize and develop all aspects of the additive manufacturing process
- Work with all engineering teams to develop additive manufacturing processes for new designs
- Work with new machines from installation through troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance
- Run RCA's on manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
- Produce reports, procedures, and manuals to document results
- Investigate and develop new additive technologies as it relates to business needs
- Develop process and procedure controls to bring the department into AS9100D compliance
