Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in aeronautical, mechanical engineering, or other engineering discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in propulsions design or development of metallic additive technologies
  • Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends to support critical mission milestones
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
Responsibilities
  • Optimize and develop all aspects of the additive manufacturing process
  • Work with all engineering teams to develop additive manufacturing processes for new designs
  • Work with new machines from installation through troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance
  • Run RCA's on manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
  • Produce reports, procedures, and manuals to document results
  • Investigate and develop new additive technologies as it relates to business needs
  • Develop process and procedure controls to bring the department into AS9100D compliance
