Requirements
  • Demonstrated subject-matter expertise and public speaking experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent practical, professional, or lived experience in a relevant subject area.
  • Public speaking, storytelling, adaptability, audience engagement, content development, and time management skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity, emotional intelligence, professionalism, situational awareness, innovation, and thought leadership.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office; advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio are ideal.
Responsibilities
  • Provide targeted creativity-related content and insights as a keynote or guest speaker.
  • Engage audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling.
  • Educate, inspire, and energize event participants with compelling insights, stories, or strategies.
  • Provide expertise, insights, or humor that drives thought, action, and cultural relevance across audiences.
  • Craft and deliver tailored keynote presentations that communicate complex ideas with clarity and purpose and align content with audience needs and event themes.
  • Develop supplemental content such as question-and-answer guides, learning materials, or companion digital resources.
  • Support internal and external stakeholder engagement through pre-event planning and post-event integration sessions.
  • Participate in panels, moderate events, facilitate breakout sessions, and collaborate with brand or host initiatives.
