Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end program management of the PPB HVM project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and finance, to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential manufacturing line locations/partners, considering factors such as cost, infrastructure, availability of skilled labor, and proximity to suppliers and customers.
  • Manage the selection process for key partners, such as contract manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and service providers, ensuring the best fit for the project's requirements.
  • Develop and execute a detailed project plan, including the commissioning of the manufacturing line, installation of equipment, and implementation of quality control processes.
  • Oversee the procurement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
