QC Engineer
About the job
- Familiarity with measurement instruments, quality assurance and quality control methodologies, and standard operating procedures.
- Must be comfortable wearing full cleanroom attire and working inside a restricted cleanroom environment for daily operations.
- Must meet the health standards required for working in an enclosed or controlled environment under Taiwan's Occupational Safety and Health Act.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required for module inspections, precise labeling, and quality documentation.
- Execute In-Process Quality Control audits, sampling inspections, and Outgoing Quality Control for finished products and packaging.
- Work inside the cleanroom environment to conduct module inspections, verify product quality, and accurately apply product labels.
- Track quality abnormalities during production, assist in defect analysis, and support the disposition of Corrective Action Requests or Non-Conformance Reports.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis and inspection reports, and assist in 8D report generation and customer complaint investigations.
- Maintain process inspection standards and quality forms, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and measuring instrument calibration.
