Demonstrated experience using tools such as OpenStack, Eucalyptus, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
Must possess one active mid-level or advanced cloud certification, such as AWS, Azure, or OpenStack.
Must have 9 years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
Must work with little to no prescriptive guidance.
Development experience with both Linux and Windows workloads using cloud technologies and automation, including Amazon CloudFormation, OpsWorks, Ansible, Chef, and Docker.
Demonstrated experience writing software scripts using languages such as Perl, Python, or Ruby.
Responsibilities
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure Services hosted in multiple cloud environments.
Provide Tier I/II and Tier 3 (escalation to the Architecture Team) resolution of customer capacity requests.
Support escalation and communicate status to management and internal customers.
Provide connectivity and utilization support to customers of the managed Cloud Infrastructure Services environment.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with the HCI transition, including refactoring in HCI.
Experience with the AWS ServePro team and its services.
