Requirements
  • Organize and track complex, cross-functional work across concurrent priorities with strong execution discipline.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic thought partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer, constructively challenge proposals, and support sound decision-making.
  • Translate complex information into clear executive insights and recommendations using an analytical, data-driven approach.
  • Synthesize information into concise executive-level presentations using strong communication and storytelling capabilities.
  • Influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and build alignment without direct authority.
  • Demonstrate executive presence, credibility, and discretion when handling sensitive organizational and people matters.
  • Support adoption and organizational readiness for major initiatives through change management awareness.
  • Operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment while balancing competing priorities and maintaining focus on outcomes.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools, automation, and data-driven practices to improve execution and decision-making.
  • Have 6 or more years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or human resources-related roles, including at least 3 years at a senior level in a global organization.
  • Support or work alongside a C-suite executive, preferably a Chief Human Resources Officer.
  • Lead and coordinate work across multiple stakeholder groups, business functions, and geographic regions.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and executive reporting for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Translate People & Culture priorities into structured plans with defined milestones, owners, and timelines.
  • Maintain a centralized view of major People & Culture initiatives, including a multi-year strategic roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Track deliverables against stated priorities and surface risks, dependencies, and gaps with context and recommended actions.
  • Partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer to develop materials for executive- and board-level audiences, including strategic recommendations and business cases.
  • Design and manage governance and reporting frameworks, including review cadences, reporting cycles, and decision-making forums.
  • Coordinate inputs for leadership and board meetings, clarify priorities and next steps, and track documented follow-up actions through completion.
  • Establish reporting standards and performance metrics that provide visibility into project health and organizational impact.
  • Facilitate coordination across Centers of Excellence, People Operations & Technology, Business Partners, and transformation initiatives.
  • Align interdependent projects, reduce duplication or disconnects, and translate leadership decisions into clear direction for teams.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders to influence decisions and drive execution.
  • Monitor initiative progress, maintain a live risk register, categorize issues by severity, assign owners, and track resolution.
  • Govern Business Partner survey outcomes and associated action plans by tracking ownership, timelines, milestones, and progress.
  • Develop close-the-loop communications so survey respondents receive meaningful updates on actions taken.
  • Partner with leaders to translate feedback into tangible, measurable actions.
  • Synthesize data into insights that support leadership decision-making and resource prioritization.
  • Partner with People Analytics to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and meaningful reporting.
  • Develop executive dashboards showing initiative health, outcomes, and risks.
  • Use artificial intelligence-enabled tools and data-driven practices to improve forecasting, reporting, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Track the People & Culture budget across key initiatives and functions, including spend versus plan.
  • Partner with Finance on annual People & Culture budgeting and mid-year reforecasting.
  • Identify resource-allocation trends, risks, and opportunities to inform prioritization decisions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Background in consulting, business operations, enterprise transformation, or large-scale program management.
  • Familiarity with human resources technology ecosystems, people analytics platforms, and workforce planning tools.
