Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years post graduate work experience
  • At least 2 years working with customers in a post sales support role
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Experience in ABS/Structured Products Finance, Lending, Capital Markets FinTech or closely related industries
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with significant attention to detail
  • Comfortable and confident interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn FinTech SaaS products
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with many client demands
  • Effective team player with the ability to take initiative
  • Capacity to learn quickly and self-teach as required
  • Skilled multi-tasker who can prioritize and pivot quickly
  • Ability to visit clients occasionally in the NY Metro Area
Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop client relationships for clients that promote retention and loyalty
  • Maintain consistent client outreach after a sale is done
  • Reach out to client network to educate and train them on new products and functionality
  • Provide support and monitor client engagement and satisfaction
  • Leverage user analytics to gain insight into clients' behavior
  • Monitor contract terms and renewal periods
  • Facilitate client demos and training
  • Engage directly in customer support process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within dv01 to evolve the product with clients and business needs in mind
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and events as necessary
