  • An Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and client service support to Relationship Managers in maintaining the Corporate Banking portfolio and assigned client relationships.
  • Perform established client service and follow-up activities that contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate documentation, follow-up activities, and internal requests associated with prospective and new client relationships.
  • Support new and existing Bank clients and coordinate with internal and external contacts to address technical issues, service requests, and questions related to Bank and Corporate Banking services.
  • Collect, organize, and review financial and credit-related information for completeness and provide it to Relationship Managers for analysis and decision-making.
  • Process and follow up on loan servicing requests, including advance payments, paydowns, copies of invoices and statements, billing-related matters, insurance, escrows, and flood insurance.
  • Collect, prepare, and process documentation for loan applications, renewals, modifications, closings, and ongoing loan maintenance in accordance with established requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned client service and documentation needs.
  • Collect and review required documentation for new loan applications, renewals, and modifications.
  • Upload required loan documentation into DocMan within established timeframes.
  • Collect and verify applicant information, including income, employment history, credit information, and other required documentation.
  • Complete customer profiles, CIP, and ownership information in Elevate.
  • Perform list checks, OFAC checks, and Google searches and submit KYC documentation for Relationship Manager review and attestation or approval within the applicable systems.
  • Coordinate with the Legal Department regarding post-prescreening requirements and engagement approvals.
  • Coordinate with loan closers, legal counsel, and other internal departments on behalf of the Relationship Manager, provide status updates, and escalate issues requiring review or resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loan applications, approvals, renewals, and modifications.
  • Coordinate with the Relationship Manager, PRO, and other relevant parties involved in the loan approval and closing process.
  • Collect documentation identified on the loan closing checklist for new loans, modifications, and renewals.
  • Update the Relationship Manager dashboard and pipeline with current information and status changes.
  • Create opportunities in the applicable system and coordinate payoffs, releases, and fee-waiver submissions.
  • Follow up to confirm that loans are properly booked, required waivers are in place, proceeds are properly disbursed, and required financial-statement ticklers are established.
  • Monitor assigned loan portfolio activity, including payment schedules, and complete required follow-up regarding delinquent accounts.
  • Complete follow-up activities for ticklers, maturing loans, minimum deposit requirements, and covenants, and escalate unresolved or non-routine matters.
  • Follow applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies governing lending activities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of lending products, processes, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements by completing assigned training and reviewing available updates.
  • Complete assigned Regulatory Excellence and First Client Contact activities, including collecting missing information and other required documentation related to loan and deposit accounts.
  • Complete BSA and RFI requests within established timeframes, including EDD and KYC updates, PO Alerts, OFAC matters, High-Risk Reviews, and other assigned requests.
  • Complete Regulatory Excellence Consultant findings requests within the established timeframe.
  • Perform follow-up activities related to client onboarding and maintenance requests using applicable system reports.
  • Monitor and follow up on loan and deposit pipelines, funding, Treasury Management implementation, post-closing items, ticklers, covenants, minimum deposit requirements, and KYC status.
  • Escalate unresolved, exceptional, or non-routine matters to the direct supervisor.
  • Complete Reg E disputes and other assigned items as directed by the Loan or Risk Department.
  • Handle and process assigned client requests and inquiries related to deposit accounts.
  • Complete new account packages and submit them to the New Account Request Team for processing.
  • Submit account maintenance cases.
  • Submit deposit and loan research requests.
  • Monitor submitted requests and complete required follow-up.
  • Review and complete the appropriate disposition of exception items from Deposit Operations and the Non-Post database related to assigned clients, escalating unresolved matters as appropriate.
  • Maintain working knowledge of applicable Bank products and services, complete assigned training, and participate in internal training as required.
  • Identify potential client needs during service interactions and refer opportunities involving lending, Treasury Management, Wealth Management, or other Bank products and services to the Relationship Manager or appropriate department.
  • Monitor loan application status and related activity and communicate updates to Relationship Managers regarding issues, renewals, past-due items, and pipeline activity.
  • Complete cross-training to provide backup coverage as needed when assigned a primary focus in loan-related activities or account opening.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Sensus Healthcare secures $15M revolving credit facility with City National Bank

Sensus Healthcare has entered into a $15 million revolving credit facility with City National Bank of Florida, according to an SEC filing. The agreement, dated 8 December 2020, is part of the Main Street Priority Loan Facility established under the Federal Reserve Act to support businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The credit facility is secured by accounts, inventory, equipment and intellectual property. It includes financial covenants and reporting requirements, including maintaining a minimum deposit balance and submitting quarterly and annual financial statements. Sensus Healthcare, which specialises in non-invasive treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers using superficial radiation therapy technology, will use the facility to support operations and payroll whilst expanding its market presence. The agreement includes CARES Act compliance provisions, restricting stock repurchases and executive compensation.
