Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum five years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly effective, creative, and collaborative business partnership experience at all levels
- Strategic agility in problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of employment law, organizational planning and development, talent management and engagement, policies and procedures, and compliance
- Experience determining and facilitating training and development opportunities to include orientation and leadership and team development programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Familiar with applicable HR software
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise, consulting, and support in talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding and orientation, performance & talent management, coaching & development, workforce planning, learning & development, and compliance
- Develop and execute structured employee engagement and motivation/recognition programs
- Develop and implement organizational strategies to foster a positive workplace culture focused on growth and development
