Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum five years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly effective, creative, and collaborative business partnership experience at all levels
  • Strategic agility in problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, organizational planning and development, talent management and engagement, policies and procedures, and compliance
  • Experience determining and facilitating training and development opportunities to include orientation and leadership and team development programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Familiar with applicable HR software
Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise, consulting, and support in talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding and orientation, performance & talent management, coaching & development, workforce planning, learning & development, and compliance
  • Develop and execute structured employee engagement and motivation/recognition programs
  • Develop and implement organizational strategies to foster a positive workplace culture focused on growth and development
