  • Manage the project commissioning team by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
  • Report the status of each assigned project daily to the Commissioning Manager.
  • Review technical, contractual, and regulatory commissioning requirements and assist with developing project milestone and deliverables lists, project-specific commissioning plans, and commissioning procedures.
  • Communicate with original equipment manufacturer suppliers regarding equipment-specific testing and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and quality assurance teams to align commissioning activities.
  • Assist with developing integrated Primavera P6 testing and commissioning schedules and update the schedule weekly.
  • Assist with developing the project commissioning resource plan.
  • Review initial energization procedures and assist the Commissioning Engineer with switching activities as requested.
  • Perform subsequent switching activities of medium-voltage alternating-current collection circuits and auxiliary power circuits during facility hot commissioning.
  • Develop switching plans and lockout/tagout procedures as required.
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend corrective actions for technical issues found during commissioning or initial operation.
