  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 6 years of client facing experience OR at least 6 years of consulting experience OR a combination
  • At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • MBA or Masters degree (preferred)
  • Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification (preferred)
  • 8+ years of client facing experience or 8+ years of consulting experience or a combination (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within Business Cards & Payments and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs and broader BC&P organization
  • Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work)
  • Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance
