Responsibilities

Search, collect, review, and process vehicle titles, bills of sale, and powers of attorney for assets transacted on company marketplaces, including standard, salvage, and rebuilt assets.
Perform lien and Uniform Commercial Code searches to ensure clean and proper transfer of ownership and required payoffs to potential lenders or third parties.
Perform administrative office functions, including data entry, title tracking, word processing, filing, copying, scanning, and shredding.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Perform lien/UCC searches for assets listed on the company marketplaces to ensure clean and proper transfer of ownership and required payoffs to potential lenders or third parties.
Handle administrative office functions such as data entry, the title track, word processing, filing, copying, scanning, shredding, etc.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Salary: $16.04

Maximum Salary: $20.06
