Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering
  • Experience in mechanical modeling, simulation, and analysis using FEM, FEA, and FDM
  • Experience with ANSYS (Fluent, Workbench, or Icepack)
  • Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and GD&T
  • Proficiency in Solidworks or Autodesk Inventor
  • Experience in designing parts for sheet metal forming, CNC machining, plastic injection molded parts, and die casting
Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, and enhancing mechanical components in wireless/base station antennas
  • Executing mechanical/environmental tests and data analysis
  • Prototyping, modeling, and optimizing new designs/parts using various manufacturing techniques
  • Conducting structural and thermal analysis for antenna design
  • Creating mechanical engineering design specifications
