Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations by following the Selling Ceremony.
  • Represent Jimmy Choo's luxury lifestyle image through customer service, attitude, grooming, dress code, and behavior.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of product construction, materials, care, and design to provide knowledgeable customer service.
  • Build, develop, and maintain a personal client database to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly by developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to store management.
  • Replenish stock according to company procedures and policies, and maintain effective stock controls and accurate stock records.
  • Participate in stock takes as required.
  • Attend and participate in store meetings and training events, maintaining good communication.
  • Represent Jimmy Choo during promotional events and activities.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, boutique presentation, tidiness, and cleanliness.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve boutique performance.
  • Work toward key performance indicators and individual and store targets.
  • Implement and follow required procedures, standards, and policies outlined in Retail Excellence and communicated by the company.
  • Communicate potential health and safety issues to the Store Manager and comply with store safety and security procedures.
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with back-of-house and administrative operations as requested.
  • Support store management with other reasonable ad hoc duties needed to run the boutique.

Jimmy Choo drives $162.6M Q1 revenue for Capri Holdings with 10.5% growth

Jimmy Choo delivered strong first-quarter results for Capri Holdings, with revenues rising 10.5% year-over-year to $179 million. Growth was broad-based across regions, with Americas revenues climbing 26.1% to $58 million, EMEA increasing 5.1% to $82 million, and Asia up 2.6% to $39 million. Direct retail sales and wholesale revenues both grew by low double digits. Marketing initiatives, including the Natural Reflection campaign and influencer partnerships, generated nearly 50 million impressions and drove a 40% increase in VIC sales. Operating income jumped to $13 million from $4 million, whilst operating margin expanded 480 basis points to 7.3%. Capri expects Jimmy Choo revenues of approximately $635 million for fiscal 2027, targeting $800 million longer term.
