Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a portfolio of direct brands as a senior strategic advisor, providing best-in-class client services based on TTD's vision and values.
  • Responsible for growing your book of business through strategic cross selling and upselling opportunities by understanding the core client business needs.
  • Represent the most strategic relationships with The Trade Desk’s largest clients within your portfolio, providing strategic oversight to your portfolio of accounts, participating in key client meetings while maintaining relationships with senior leaders and decision makers across brands and their corresponding agencies.
  • Work collectively with Business Development to cultivate your accounts Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrating the value of The Trade Desk to clients by providing innovative solutions that meet the clients’ needs and our business goals.
  • Manage, motivate and empower a cross functional team (AM’s & Traders) to drive consistent YoY account growth, overseeing their day-to-day management, motivating the team by setting clear expectations, developing career path plans, providing constructive feedback, managing bandwidth and maintaining a high level of performance from the team, reporting progress against goals to management.
  • Participate in product road map build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering.
  • Communicate effectively with other functional leaders (product, marketing, inventory, partnership team) by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation. Maintain strong cross-pod relationships to support horizontal centre of excellence across account management and traders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with brands direct is preferable.
  • Existing relationships at major holding companies a plus.
