Human Resources Specialist
About the job
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required.
- At least 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a generalist Human Resources role is required, ideally in an industrial or agri-food environment.
- Knowledge of personnel administration, labor law, and time management is required.
- Proficiency with computer tools, Excel, human resources information systems, and time and attendance management systems is required.
- Ability to manage assignments autonomously and build trusting relationships with managers and employees through listening and a close on-site presence is required.
- Administer personnel processes, including drafting employment contracts and amendments, managing employee files, preparing administrative certificates, and tracking apprenticeship contracts.
- Participate in the full recruitment process, from defining hiring needs and drafting and distributing job advertisements through conducting interviews.
- Develop partnerships with schools, training organizations, employment stakeholders, and temporary staffing agencies to strengthen the organization's attractiveness.
- Produce and analyze human resources reports, including monitoring social dashboards, preparing data queries, and tracking temporary staffing invoices.
- Manage working time and ensure the reliable transmission of payroll variables to the Shared Services Center.
- Contribute to the management of disciplinary procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Horoquartz / eTemptation time-management tool.
- Contribute to facilitating the Social and Economic Committee.
- Participate in cross-functional human resources projects and matters related to the site's needs.
- Experience in an industrial or agri-food environment is preferred.
