  • Support search engine optimization, generative engine optimization, and business development with digital and technical work, including landing pages, tracking, campaign infrastructure, and site health.
  • Write product requirements documents and translate approved designs into build-ready specifications for engineering partners.
  • Anticipate downstream effects of changes across backend, frontend, and data, and prevent scope creep before it enters a sprint.
  • Own customer relationship management and marketing data analytics, including HubSpot, campaign tracking, dashboards, Google Analytics 4, segmentation, and lifecycle data.
  • Monitor product and business health daily, including conversion, funnel drop-offs, feature usage, and campaign performance.
  • Report metrics that leadership can act on.
  • Coordinate across sales, marketing, guest services, guest experience, forecasting, field, logistics, and the trip product and design teams to turn feedback into prioritized product work.
  • Use artificial intelligence to improve workflows for personal productivity and across coordinated functions, including drafting product requirements documents, scoring and sizing intake, and running AI-accelerated, specification-driven development with engineering.
  • Build and improve the end-to-end customer funnel, including efficient advertising for awareness, retargeting, and re-engagement of new and repeat guests; meaningful email segmentation that improves over time; and a website that converts on both.
  • Build a product process the team can run within.

Trek Travel, LLC is marking this milestone by supporting conservation efforts in the region that make this experience possible. Patagonia is known not only for its iconic landscapes and biodiversity, but also for the people and organizations working every day to protect them. For every guest who joins its Patagonia Hiking & Walking trip, Trek Travel will match that impact by funding 10 additional native trees. Together, Trek Travel, LLC'll plant 20 native trees in honor of every Trek Travel guest who explores Patagonia with Trek Travel, LLC, helping reach Say Hueque's goal of 500,000 native trees planted by 2030 - a commitment that reflects its shared belief that travel should leave places better than Trek Travel, LLC find them.
