Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in an applicable profession, business, or technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • At least ten years of project management experience.
Responsibilities
  • Distribute communications and coordinate meetings.
  • Support user readiness activities.
  • Prepare Steering Committee PowerPoint presentations.
  • Manage action items.
  • Manage requests for additions to training classes, including ensuring availability in the training and production environments.
  • Map employees to training classes.
  • Provide lists of classes, instructors, and participants.
  • Ensure training is scheduled through EL&D.
  • Reschedule missed training, including makeup sessions.
  • Coordinate when field resources can be pulled from the field for training.
  • Obtain classrooms in districts and regions.
  • Track training completion.
  • Manage passwords in the training environment.
  • Serve as a backup resource for scheduling training classes in SuccessFactors.
  • Lead projects from initiation through completion by coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Maintain project plans, reports, and technical documents and serve as a point of contact for project teams.
  • Lead planning, monitoring, and management of internal, construction, infrastructure investment, and new-facility projects.
  • Develop project, resource, and staffing plans and secure required resources.
  • Track and report project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure results meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, cost, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions, including assessing impacts on status, budget, and timeline.
  • Apply project-management principles, methods, tools, and standards across functions and projects.

  • Project Management certification is strongly preferred.
