Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Must complete job-specific training or requirements.
  • Must successfully complete the background check process and drug screening test.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual, or take a thorough message when needed.
  • Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
  • Communicate with guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
  • Schedule appointments for the Service Department.
  • Provide extraordinary customer service to support customer retention.
  • Use a multi-line phone system to receive high-volume inbound calls.
  • Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing customer retention through multiple forms of communication.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
