Responsibilities
Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, use cases, and gap analyses in a Waterfall environment.
Create Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirements Documents, analyze data and workflows, and define scope.
Participate in gap analysis to identify current-system deficiencies and requirements for changes in the proposed system.
Conduct Joint Application Development sessions to develop business solutions that meet business requirements, resolve open issues, and manage changing requirements.
Create and configure new JIRA projects and work with departments to maintain existing JIRA projects.
