- Maintain project cost control and report to the Arizona Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
- Assist managers in different branches and offices by analyzing operations and staff performance.
- Develop and implement project-management best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to all staff members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement quality-control methods.
- Schedule training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff members and maintain yearly training budgets.
- Oversee warehouse cleanliness and inventory levels.
- Oversee the vehicle fleet.
- Oversee testing equipment and tools.
- Ensure all operations remain within the allocated budget.
- Manage contract and service projects.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
- PMI Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
- BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer certification is preferred.
