About the job
- Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields is preferred, but full training will be provided.
- A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points is required.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong do-it-yourself skills and experience using power tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
- Install and troubleshoot equipment directly at clients' locations.
- Oversee service schedules efficiently to reduce customer downtime.
- Keep precise records of service visits and communicate issues or suggestions.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver customer service.
- Visit the designated Service Centre weekly to replenish parts and supplies.
- Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields.
