- Create and deploy content for high-profile Snowflake programs and channels, including candidate and employee experience, employee engagement, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, careers site, and more, ensuring alignment with the talent brand strategy and company direction every step of the way.
- Own, develop, and execute the content strategies for Snowflake’s employee blogs to support recruitment needs.
- Proactively cultivate relationships with internal partners, including recruiting, engineering, employee communications, brand, public relations, social, and hiring managers.
- Champion Snowflake’s talent brand across the organization through storytelling, amplifying employee voices that promote Snowflake as a global employer of choice.
- Analyze, report, and share metrics articulating ROI and impact.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Top-shelf journalistic writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience planning, writing, editing and delivering in a high-volume, fast-paced environment for a variety of different audiences, especially the prospective talent audience.
- Strong project management and execution skills across programs.
- Ability to single-handedly craft amazingly creative and engaging multimedia content, including videos and the occasional Google Slides presentation and general design.
- The ability to work up, down, and sideways in an organization with grace and effectiveness.
- Expert in balancing multiple tasks simultaneously while being able to pivot effortlessly to adjust to a dynamic environment.
- Sense of team, sense of purpose, sense of big picture, and sense of humor–all mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience delivering world-class communications, with talent or employer branding experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
This is a hybrid role that requires you to live within commuting distance to the Dublin, CA Snowflake office and come in a minimum of three days a week.
