Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue analytics, GTM analytics or data analytics in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language such as Python or R is a bonus
  • Experience with data tools such as Mode, Snowflake, Jupyter, dbt
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Testing and experimentation with usage-based pricing models
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage analytics frameworks to measure the performance of GTM initiatives, including lead generation, revenue forecasting, sales funnel efficiency, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Define, implement and maintain the key success metrics for our product
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve marketing campaigns, sales performance, and product launches.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data, analyze and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Build predictive models to forecast customer behavior, product performance, and financial metrics (e.g. CAC, net retention, ACV, etc.)
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer data to inform product roadmap and strategy
