  • 50% travel required to lead local markets and drive in-person collaboration.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or education sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with state/local leaders, school district administrators and decision-makers.
  • Ensure high levels of engagement, satisfaction and retention through ensuring Hazel is delivering on our brand promise to all stakeholders in that market.
  • Synthesize and advocate for Hazel voice of our partners to ensure that we are delivering on our brand promise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance partnership quality and school engagement across market(s).
  • Drive the integration of our clinical services within school systems to ensure seamless service delivery and ensure we are a vital and valuable part of their workflow.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our reach and serve more students in need of mental and physical health services.
  • Work closely with school staff to understand their needs and tailor our services accordingly.
  • Take ultimate responsibility for the P&L in assigned markets, with a strong emphasis on growing revenue ensuring we can meet our gross profit objectives.
  • Develop and execute business strategies that drive financial performance and achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor financial metrics and adjust plans as needed to ensure financial health and sustainability.
  • Deeply understand the link between driving demand and current capacity to ensure we can always balance engagement with our brand promise around time to care. Coordinate with Clinical Operations and Talent teams to ensure clear alignment.
  • Lead and inspire teams within the market, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear direction, support professional development, and manage performance to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ability to lead in a matrixed organization including direct reports and cross-functional resources from areas like Marketing, Implementation and Clinical Teams.
  • Create shared ownership across all teammates supporting that market.
  • Partner effectively with Centers of Excellent (COE) that provide services to markets.
  • Effectively advocate for resources while understanding the COEs need to support nationwide.
  • While focused on driving success in their market, always has an eye toward building a scalable Hazel model; this stems from both learning what is working in other markets to adjust, and sharing best practices for replication.
  • Work as a team with the other Market Leaders to proactively capture results and share best practices across market regions. Collaborate, rather than compete, for shared resources.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company objectives and market demands.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and integrate best practices into market strategies.
