  • Strong grasp of product development, including experience with the entire lifecycle from concept to launch, and the ability to leverage revenue data to inform decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Create user-centric financial products that enhance the customer experience, introducing automated payouts.
  • Deeply understand the workflow both with Creators and Internal partners to get orders paid and identify solutions.
  • Streamline product development processes and prioritize key features, leading to more efficient project execution and faster time-to-market for new and updated products.
  • Ensure that products are compliant and minimize financial and operational risks.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common product goals spanning over Accounting, Revenue Operations, Data, and Product Teams.
