- Work closely with market partners, external service providers, and internal teams, coordinating discussions by email, phone, portals, and ticketing systems.
- Support the introduction and ongoing development of new processes with external and internal stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for smaller projects and process initiatives, steering them from coordination through implementation.
- Work daily with technical systems and tools, understand how they relate, and ensure processes are represented correctly in them.
- Identify discrepancies, process errors, and opportunities for improvement, analyze their causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Keep track of several parallel topics, set priorities, and ensure structured implementation.
- Help make processes more scalable, efficient, and transparent.
- Initial experience in operations, project management, process management, or the energy sector is beneficial but not required.
- Willingness to learn about tenant electricity and energy-industry market processes.
