- Ensure initiatives maintain clear ownership, defined key performance indicators, measurable outcomes, and current status within portfolio management tools.
- Identify execution drift, gaps, or inconsistencies early and escalate concerns with supporting context and recommendations.
- Consolidate initiative updates into concise executive-level summaries, dashboards, governance materials, and portfolio readouts.
- Translate fragmented operational information into clear narratives highlighting risks, dependencies, decisions, and progress against targets.
- Maintain portfolio-wide visibility into initiative health, sequencing, benefits realization, and operational impacts.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators and metrics to track initiative progress, operational performance, delivery effectiveness, and realized benefits.
- Validate measurement logic, assumptions, timing, and key performance indicator integrity in partnership with Finance and initiative owners.
- Perform root-cause analysis when metrics or execution trends miss expectations and support corrective action planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Operations, Technology, Product, Clinical, PMO, Finance, and Change Management teams.
- Support initiative owners in maintaining execution momentum, resolving blockers, and driving follow-through on commitments.
- Assist with change readiness activities, stakeholder coordination, and operational adoption support.
- Contribute to developing and standardizing portfolio management routines, operational excellence tools, governance practices, and scalable ways of working.
- Capture lessons learned and operational insights to improve future initiative execution and portfolio maturity.
- Work primarily at a desk and use a computer for extended periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience working in healthcare services, technology delivery, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment while maintaining operational rigor.

Contract allows state to promote quality and cost-effective healthcare for 1.3 million Coloradans. The extended contract, awarded through a competitive procurement process, reinforces the company's established role as a trusted partner delivering utilization management services for Colorado since January 2021. The deal combines two organisations with decades of experience helping state and federal agencies modernise healthcare delivery.
