- Fluency in English is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required; economic and/or administrative studies are also specified.
- Five years of experience in an accounting and/or finance position are required.
- Three years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing and automotive industry (Tier 1), are specified.
- Experience with Excel and ERP systems is required.
- Support the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Maintain and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate plant programs controlling together with the plant FC and NA region manager in charge.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and key financial indicators.
- Analyze fixed and variable costs and monitor cost efficiencies.
- Support cost optimization and savings initiatives.
- Evaluate profitability by product, customer, project, or business unit, as applicable.
- Assist with pricing, volume, and margin analysis.
- Act as a financial business partner to operational and commercial teams.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Support evaluation of capital expenditures, including return on investment and payback analysis.
- Provide financial input for new initiatives, projects, or business cases.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data.
- Maintain documentation of assumptions and financial methodologies.
- Support internal and external audits when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards.
- Conduct budget-versus-actual and forecast-versus-actual variance analysis, identifying drivers and root causes.
- Track and report financial and operational key performance indicators to support business performance monitoring.
- Provide clear explanations of financial results to management and business partners.
