Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Clinical mentoring is personal: Vitae's medical directors provide one-to-one education and support to its providers.
  • Malpractice costs are covered in one role: Vitae's Chicago psychologist posting includes full coverage and tail insurance.
  • Licence upkeep receives support: Vitae's full-time psychotherapy opening advertises paid licensure renewals and continuing-education opportunities.

What critics are saying

  • Podiatry documentation has a deadline: Vitae's Estherville posting requires records completed within 72 hours of each encounter.
  • One podiatry role has a census target: Vitae's Estherville opening requires services for 80% of facility residents.
  • Some nursing work occupies weekends: Vitae's Greenville nurse-practitioner opening is explicitly a weekend position.

What makes Vitae Health Systems unique

  • Clinical billing bypasses facility fees: Vitae's primary-care model bills insurers directly and charges the facility nothing for those services.
  • Facility needs influence provider selection: Vitae involves each facility in choosing a clinician suited to its demographics and programming.
  • Mental-health intake is systematic: Vitae's therapists complete a social history and psychosocial assessment for each resident.
