- Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages, and paper shipments.
- Handle time-sensitive materials, including confidential and urgent packages.
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines.
- Take direction from the supervisor or site manager.
- Participate in cross-training.
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation with attention to detail.
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- A customer service, hospitality, or retail background is preferred.
- A college degree is a plus and may allow a fast-track plan to management.
