Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in travel management, procurement, or a related field is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders, are required.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and system data in a procurement, vendor management, or operational environment is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day travel operations, including the travel service provider relationship, employee travel inquiries, and resolution of travel-related issues in accordance with internal policies.
  • Monitor and escalate travel-related service issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders and relevant support teams to help ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Manage miscellaneous services such as employee corporate cards, subscriptions, and black car services.
  • Participate in service review meetings with travel providers, other third-party vendors, and global service teams.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports, trackers, and meeting materials related to travel operations, vendor management, and procurement support activities.
  • Support procurement activities, including contract intake, review coordination, and monitoring of third-party vendor documentation such as Statements of Work for temporary consultants and related contract records.
  • Support the maintenance of complete and accurate vendor, contract, and procurement-related data in internal systems and trackers.
  • Support vendor onboarding and due diligence activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with third-party service providers is preferred.
  • Experience with procurement or contract lifecycle management tools or systems is a plus.

ING profit surges 23% to $3.3B as Dutch bank upgrades outlook through 2027

Dutch financial services company ING reported a 23.2% increase in its second quarter pre-tax profit to €2.92 billion, up from €2.37 billion a year earlier. Net profit rose 16.2% to €1.95 billion. Total income reached €6.28 billion, a 10.2% increase from €5.70 billion last year. The company added 377,000 mobile primary customers during the quarter, bringing its mobile customer base to nearly 16 million. ING upgraded its 2026 outlook, expecting total income to exceed €24.5 billion. For 2027, the company anticipates total income to surpass €26 billion. Following the announcement, ING shares rose 2.24% to €29.40 on Euronext Amsterdam.
