Requirements
  • An understanding of the current challenges in the fleet industry
  • Experience working in either a dealer/fleet company or service/bodyshop
  • Comfortable liaising with drivers to de-escalate situations and have a ‘phone-first’ approach
  • Confidence in challenging dealers/manufacturers in reference to parts delays, repairs etc.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and associated supply chains is preferable
  • Previous working knowledge of fleet management systems including Key2 and 1-Link is an advantage
  • Experience working independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • A curious and keen-eye for detail to spot areas of improvement - we love hearing ideas!
  • To be a natural finisher and an effective operator - you leave no loose ends in your path

Responsibilities
  • Minimise vehicle downtime as we rapidly expand our fleet by liaising with dealers when vehicles are in for repair, escalating with manufacturers/dealers/partners where necessary
  • ‘Own’ customer escalations from start to finish and flag common root causes to mitigate them from happening in the future
  • Actively seek compensation on behalf of our customers where necessary
  • Work with our Customer Operations teams to ensure they consistently have the most up to date information to relay to our customers and keep them well informed at all times
  • Assist all areas of the Vehicle Operations Team when required; this may involve vehicle insurance, hire vehicle management, arranging vehicle recalls etc.
  • Weekly reporting on volumes and trends
