Requirements
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing key accounts, in sales, or in related commercial positions is required.
  • Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry customers, brokers, and distributors is required.
  • Experience in negotiation and commercial relationship management is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop commercial relationships with brokers, distributors, and key accounts to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Conduct periodic customer visits within the assigned territory to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify growth opportunities by customer, channel, and geographic area.
  • Execute commercial strategies aligned with the company's objectives, budgets, and investment plans.
  • Negotiate prices, promotions, and displays in accordance with internal policies.
  • Analyze sales performance, margins, and portfolio results to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate execution of commercial plans with internal areas such as Sales, Logistics, and Trade Marketing.
  • Track key business indicators, including inventory levels, product turnover, and returns.
  • Manage and resolve customer situations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports and commercial updates.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required.
