ResQ is looking for a Credit Analyst to join our Finance team and help us take ResQ to the next level 🚀.
As a Credit Analyst joining ResQ, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance throughout the business. This role involves analyzing client group structures to ensure compliance with LLC regulations, monitoring credit limits, and conducting ongoing assessments to support a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for compliance.

What you will do:
Onboarding Verification ✅: Conduct thorough checks during the onboarding process to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and validated.
Record Management 🗂️: Maintain and organize records of onboarding documentation, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and easily retrievable.
Group Structure Analysis 🧐: Verify legal set-up of clients during onboarding to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Credit Limit Monitoring 💲: Analyze and monitor credit limits for new and existing clients, ensuring they align with company policies and risk management strategies.
Compliance Assessment ✍️: Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in onboarding and compliance, implementing necessary adjustments to processes, and managing legal ramifications of collections.
Accounts Receivable💰 : Monitoring accounts receivable and identifying overdue accounts. Contacting customers to facilitate payments in a timely manner.
Collaboration 💬: Work closely with sales, customer success, and our customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address any compliance-related issues.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Compliance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in compliance, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to onboarding and credit assessment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience handling accounts receivable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Stage 2️⃣: Successful candidates will meet with our People and Talent lead. It will be standardized to keep things fair but also with enough room to show your uniqueness. We’ll communicate the salary range now for full transparency. If you like us and we also think there is a fit, we’ll invite you to the next stage.
Stage 3️⃣: A call with our Senior Finance Manager who will ask you more in depth questions about your experience and skills. Come with questions! If this call goes well and we both want to move forward with each other we will ask you to complete a case study,
Stage 4️⃣: This stage will be with our Senior Finance Manager and other members from the team. We will take you through a case study to better understand your skills. We will also leave time to give feedback and ask some more questions.
Stage 5️⃣: This is the final stage in the process where you will meet our CEO, KJ. This stage will be more of an introductory call and less focused on your in depth skills and knowledge. KJ will share with you more about ResQ’s vision and mission. He will also ask you some more questions and he will, of course, be able to answer any additional questions you might have.
