Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a sales support specialist, customer service professional, or sales support associate.
Excellent customer service skills.
An in-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Expert data-entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with customer relationship management systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and basic Microsoft Office programs.
A typing speed of 60–70 words per minute.
Responsibilities
Work with the Account Manager and Account Executives to ensure leads are evaluated according to qualification criteria.
Follow procedures and guidelines to properly qualify, assign, and distribute incoming leads.
Provide support to Account Executives and respond to customer and prospect queries.
Call open leads to determine whether they remain interested.
Stay up to date with new products and feature launches and ensure the sales team is informed.
Use the internal customer relationship management system to maintain customer updates.
Maintain regular contact with prospective customers, leads, and accounts.
Learn the product to become a product expert.
Learn the customer relationship management system to become a system expert.
Position Overview: The Sales Support Representative is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You will be responsible for qualifying and keeping track of incoming leads, using our internal CRM System. As well as scheduling showroom and in-home visits for the sales team. This individual will act as a brand ambassador, representing the company and answering all the questions flowing from the chats, calls, voicemails, website, emails, etc. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
