Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • 5+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer or related experience
  • Experience within the SaaS, Cloud Storage, Data, or Security industries
  • Technical knowledge of Unified Communications and advanced contact center products
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Service Now
  • Experience with Contact Center, Unified Communications, APIs
  • Experience in Data Networking, SIP, Cloud Computing or related knowledge or certifications
Responsibilities
  • Provide Solutions Engineering pre-sales support for large and/or complex customers
  • Partner with sales teams to understand client product-related expectations and requirements
  • Attend sales calls and assist with sales efforts
  • Conduct technical interviews with customers to define needs
  • Maintain industry knowledge to act as a resource for customers and sales teams
  • Review quotes, RFPs, plans, and other customer documentation
  • Provide sales tools and training for effective presentations and product demonstrations
  • Provide technical assistance to product management, marketing, and sales training teams
  • Conduct product and technical presentations onsite and remotely
  • Address product-related questions from internal and external perspectives
  • Conduct post-sale product performance evaluation
