Requirements

  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to communicate them authentically to customers.
  • Fluent German and good English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers enthusiastically and create an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Apply a passion for fashion and style in customer advising.
  • Support and motivate the team on the sales floor and help guide it toward achieving targets.
  • Help shape daily store operations and contribute to maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Guide new team members and support product training and customer service topics.
  • Take responsibility for the store in the absence of management.
