Responsibilities
Assist with the total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs of one or more communities.
Step in to manage day-to-day operations across various properties in the portfolio.
Build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members to support satisfaction and success.
Handle maintenance requests, leasing tasks, and financial oversight.
Travel between properties as needed.
Meet established company standards for closing ratios on qualified walk-in traffic and phone-to-traffic ratios on qualified sales calls.
Place advertising that has been approved by the Manager, online or in print, when directed by a supervisor.
Process applications and conduct credit checks.
Assist in managing all aspects of a building's occupancy and maintenance.
Communicate professionally with tenants regarding property-related issues.
Collect and process rent payments.
Produce and distribute appropriate notices for non-payment of rent in a timely manner and in accordance with regulations.
Conduct apartment inspections upon move-out and complete the statement of deposit within state timelines.
Walk the property and ready units to ensure quality and cleanliness.

Additional Information
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm
